Massy Stores Saint Lucia and Boys to Men Celebrate Successful Completion of Youth Mentorship Programme
At Massy Stores Saint Lucia, we believe that investing in our youth is investing in the future of Saint Lucia. 
We are proud to have supported the successful completion of the first Boys to Men Rites of Passage Programme cohort in partnership with the Massy Foundation and the Boys To Men Organization. Over eight weeks, young men participated in a transformative journey focused on leadership, discipline, emotional intelligence, and positive identity development.
With 25 participants enrolled and 18 graduates, the programme’s impact was evident not only in the outstanding feedback from participants, but also in the positive changes observed by their families and communities.
Supporting initiatives like this reflects our ongoing commitment to empowering young people, strengthening families, and building resilient communities across our island.
Together, we are helping to shape the leaders of tomorrow.
