Customer Service Representative
JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Massy Stores Loyalty Programme while coordinating key customer service and excellence initiatives across the business. You will play a vital part in enhancing customer experience, ensuring consistent service delivery, and supporting initiatives that strengthen shopper satisfaction and brand loyalty.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
- Effectively manage the loyalty card Program at the store
- Ensure Customer Service Delivery at the Customer Service
- Provide support to all Marketing initiatives at the
- Assist in the continuous evaluation process of the loyalty program and other customer service initiatives, and make recommendations when necessary.
- Effectively manage the Customer Feedback program at the stores and provide reports as is
- Maintain open, regular and effective communication with Customer Representatives at all Massy Stores locations and relevant internal customers to ensure there is uniformity of the processes.
- Administer in store surveys, ensuring timely data collection, entry and submission for analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate Degree or similar tertiary level qualification.
- 5 CXC’s including English and Mathematics.
- Minimum two (2) years relevant experience.
- Proficient in the use of various PC applications.
- Advance knowledge of SMS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
