Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Request for your refund must be sent via email within 14 days from your purchase. Email to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Wrightson Road, Port of Spain.
To return your product, you should mail or drop off your product to: Wrightson Road, Port of Spain.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
A reversal of your charges would only be done when we receive the physical returned item.
Merchandise damaged by misuse, accidents, fire, flood or other natural disasters are as such not covered by warranty. Merchandise that failed as a result of being used on voltages or circuits for which it was not designed, or fluctuating voltages, may not be returned. Merchandise, which are missing accessories – cords, plugs, remotes etc. Other examples of non-returnable are as follows: Delivery, Installation or labour charges.
Electrical items that fail more than 14 days after purchase and within the manufacturers stipulated warranty period, will be repaired, exchanged or refunded by Massy Stores at its sole discretion. The original Massy Stores receipt must be presented at time of return. Altered merchandise or merchandise damaged by misuse, accidents, fire, flood or natural disasters is not covered by warranty. Merchandise that failed as a result of being used on voltages or circuits for which it was not designed, or fluctuating voltages, is not covered by warranty.
The Massy Stores Return/Warranty Policy does not apply to any product, or part there of, which has been damaged through: fire, flood, wind, water, electrical voltage fluctuation, improper installation, misuse, alteration, attempts at repair, neglect, accident, or which has experienced removal/defacement of factory seals or serial numbers.
